As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing current clients' accounts. You will be in charge of strategic relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities and guiding PMs (Project Managers) through problem-solving to deliver the scope and expand the account. Additionally, you will act as a People Manager, focusing on team allocation, efficiency, and development.

- Achieve revenue goals through renewals and upselling.
- Own and manage client stakeholder relationships.
- Design, develop, sell, plan, and oversee the execution of experience program roadmaps.
- Act as a technology expert, advising clients on best practices for adopting SMT-supported tools.
- Manage portfolio profitability and client satisfaction.
- Lead team staffing and development.
- Guide PMs in problem-solving and client service excellence.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in customer relationship management, strategic program management, consulting, sales/business development, account management, or project management in a B2B environment.
- Willingness to travel.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience, or equivalent technical proficiency
- Proven experience managing teams.
- Professional proficiency in English.
