THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a B2B Insights Senior Manager to our Marketing Operations team in Brazil! This is a Remote – Brazil position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil.
The B2B Insights Senior Manager will join our global Marketing Operations team, with a primary focus on the US B2B market. In this role, you will be responsible for generating strategic insights that shape our global approach while also delivering deep, localized analysis to accelerate growth in the US. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, sales, and operations, translating complex data into clear business narratives that drive decision-making. This is a great opportunity for a senior professional who combines strategic vision with hands-on analytical expertise, bringing a consultative mindset to help Wellhub strengthen its data-driven marketing capabilities and expand its impact in the B2B space.
YOUR IMPACT
- Accelerate US Growth: Accelerates growth in the US by providing granular, market-specific insights, enabling the US marketing team to make smarter, faster decisions, improving campaign performance, lead generation, and revenue contribution. You will serve as the dedicated data partner for the US revenue marketing team, uncovering deep, localized insights from granular data to drive targeted initiatives and inform strategic decisions for this key market. The role is responsible for navigating the pressures of the US market and handling multiple stakeholders, including marketing, sales operations, and sales.
- Drive Global Strategy: The role drives global strategy by analyzing macro-level trends and performance benchmarks that will directly inform and optimize our global marketing strategy, leading to more efficient spending and a stronger market position.
- Data & Reporting: You will collect and analyze data from various sources (data lake, Hubspot, Salesforce, Web Analytics, Paid Media, etc.) to produce analyses for both global and US needs. You will ensure the accurate tracking of key marketing KPIs (Traffic, MQLs, Conversion Rates, etc.) and translate complex data into compelling reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Innovation: You will identify, evaluate, and advocate for AI-powered tools and innovative solutions to improve data analysis and our comprehension of the B2B ecosystem.

WHO YOU ARE
- Academic Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Data & Analytics Expertise: Strong foundation in data analysis, including statistical analysis, A/B testing methodologies, and attribution modeling is required.
- B2B Marketing Acumen: A solid grasp of the B2B lead-to-revenue funnel is crucial, including expertise in key metrics, lead scoring, and customer lifecycle stages.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Experience using some Marketing automation platforms like HubSpot and Marketo.
- Experience with CRM like Salesforce.
- Proficiency in a BI Tools like Tableau or Looker
- Proficiency in data manipulation languages like SQL and Python is a plus, but it is important to have a minimum understanding of these tools.
- Professional Experience:
- Previous senior-level experience in a marketing analytics, business intelligence, or marketing operations role.
- B2B experience is mandatory, but not specific in marketing.
- International experience is a plus.
- Languages: Fluent English is mandatory.
