Your MissionAs a Brand Communications Specialist, you will help build the connective tissue between our teams, partners, and the outside world.You’ll lead event strategy and execution, orchestrate internal communications that strengthen culture and engagement, and craft high-impact messaging for strategic partners. And yes, you’ll do it all supported by the power of artificial intelligence.At CloudWalk, communication isn’t a support function — it’s a strategic edge.
What You'll Do
- Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external events that bring the CloudWalk brand to life across the tech and AI ecosystem;
- Create and scale internal comms campaigns that inform, inspire, and align all walkers;
- Develop and maintain partner communication strategies, from onboarding kits to co-branded initiatives;
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — from Product to People, from PR to Design — to ensure tone, timing, and messaging hit the mark;
- Leverage AI tools and automation to craft, optimize, and distribute communications efficiently;
- Track, test, and report on performance metrics to continuously improve communication impact;
- Be a storyteller, a culture-builder, and a brand guardian — all in one.
What You Need to Succeed
- Solid experience in brand communications, events, internal communications, or corporate PR, ideally in high-growth tech environments;
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Portuguese;
- A strategic mindset with a strong hands-on approach — you’re comfortable shaping narratives and managing spreadsheets;
- Curiosity and/or experience with AI tools for content creation and communication flows;
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across time zones;
- Passion for tech, storytelling, and making meaningful connections.
- Solid experience in brand communications, events, internal communications, or corporate PR, ideally in high-growth tech environments;

- A strategic mindset with a strong hands-on approach — you’re equally comfortable shaping narratives and managing spreadsheets;
- Curiosity and/or experience with AI tools for content creation and comms workflows;
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across time zones;
- Passion for tech, storytelling, and making meaningful connections.
- Hands-on experience with sponsorships and event production involving Brazilian incentive laws (e.g., Lei Rouanet, ProAC, etc.) is a strong plus;
