Utilize CRM systems (HubSpot) for lead and account management, as well as forecasting.
Consistently meet new business opportunity and pipeline targets
Monitor KPIs, generate reports, and adjust strategies as needed.
Why you belong at 4flow
Degree in Economics, International Relations, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
Fluent or advanced English skills in both writing and speaking.
Knowledge of logistics and supply chain, common pain points, and typical solutions for each challenge (including 4flow management, consulting, and software portfolio).
Ability to engage with customers (Managers/C-level) in public settings using assertive communication.
Curiosity to explore potential customer pain points.
Strong analytical and logical thinking to connect potential customer challenges with 4flow's portfolio of services.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a process-driven mindset.
Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluent or advanced German or French skills in writing and speaking are not mandatory but would be an advantage.
