What The Day Will Look Like
Responsible for developing consulting projects involving diagnostics, harmonization, and benefit redesign (health, dental, and life), assessing the feasibility model, and tailoring costing to the companies' needs. Additionally, the employee will develop financial projections and actuarial calculations to measure the impact and risks of benefit designs. This person will serve as the project leader within the Healthcare Technical and Regulatory Team, making the necessary connections between internal and external areas, when necessary, to ensure quality delivery. Experience with presentations and client interactions through actuarial consulting is essential.

Experience in the field through actuarial consulting or with health plan providers/insurers;
Experience in health benefits required;
Advanced Excel experience;
Intermediate PowerPoint experience;
Advanced English;
Attention to technical details;
Excellent time and project management skills;
Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
Knowledge of the healthcare market, especially regarding technical and actuarial consulting;
Knowledge of other benefits;
Statistical knowledge for analyzing information related to utilization indicators (risk management);
Knowledge of SAS is desirable;
