Responsibilities:

Coordinate the human resources area in the company's forest unit, acting as a facilitator of all human resources subsystems; Develop/implement local and coorpores' policies in order to maintain and optimize the area's activities, programs and services aligned with the company's strategy You are on a journey to join an exciting company and be part of our success story. In this function you are about to board, you will be responsible for the following duties: • Maintain the interface between the recruitment and selection consulting firm and internal customers, follow the selection processes and conduct interviews for key positions to identify appropriate candidates to business positions and profile. • Act as a facilitator of training and development programs to ensure compliance with the annual training plan. • Ensure that the training plan is aligned with the need for the business and interest of the employee. • Guide and monitor the implementation of employee training and awareness programs to ensure the expected return. • Actively participate in the Performance Management Program - PRP and ensure compliance with the annual work plan. • Union and labor negotiations • Participate in trade union negotiations, extraordinary meetings, processes of analysis and calculation of PPR. • Coordinate benefit activities, involving medical, dental assistance and other social work and benefits programs, build, implement and contribute recommendations to define the company's remuneration and benefits policies. Actively participate in the employee retention program and compensation strategy. • Act as a facilitator of leaf processes, ensuring follow -up of labor legislation and current internal policies. • Guide the units or sectors of the company on payroll procedures, aiming to ensure the quality of information and compliance with legal procedures • Ensure the communication of Human Resources policies and procedures for Copener's leadership team. • Know and comply with the quality, safety, occupational health and environment policies determined by the company, ensuring that the requirements and standards of the area correspond to the system adopted by the company To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: • A degree in the related job field. • At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role. • Willing to relocate to the job location.
