Job Summary:
The position will be responsible to support our dealers, service centers and key accounts in Brazil region through the Manitowoc systems like, GPX2, GPX3, GWX, GTL, Lotus. Proper following up for P&A requests, invoicing and quotes. Identify administrative requests, work internally with our Manitowoc support.
Responsibilities:
-Place P&A in our system and proper follow-up to solve customers need.
-Attend administrative requests like quotes, invoicing, parts identification.
-Follow up on orders and escalate when necessary.
-Visit dealer / customer and propose spare parts, find solutions when customer are not satisfied.
-Any other ad-hoc duties assigned from superior from time to time.
-Analyze our dealers and service centers in order to find our opportunities and create action plans.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- English language desirable
- Knowledge of office package
- Education Requirements – Bachelor’ Degree
- Field of Study – Administration or Product & Customer Service
- Experience Requirements (years) – 3-5 years.
Work Environment:
- Administrative station: a desk with a computer and access to inventory management software (ERP or logistics control system) for data entry, updates, and inventory movement reports.
