We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Development Expert to help lead the technical direction of our AI Project within SAP Globalization Services. This role requires deep expertise in cloud-native development, enterprise-scale architectures, and next-generation AI-driven engineering practices. The ideal candidate will combine architectural leadership with hands-on coding proficiency, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, intelligent, and future-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

- efine and evolve the solution architecture for the AI-driven automation platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. T
- ranslate functional requirements and product vision into robust technical designs, DB schemas, and cloud architectures. P
- rovide hands-on coding and code reviews in Python, Java, and JavaScript, while setting architectural and coding standards. A
- rchitect and implement solutions on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), integrating with cloud-native services and enterprise systems. L
- everage AI and Knowledge Graph (triple store) technologies to build intelligent automation pipelines and data-driven decisioning frameworks. C
- ollaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineering, and Data Science teams to ensure technical feasibility, compliance, and release readiness. M
- entor, coach, and upskill team members, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing engineering culture. E
- nsure adherence to security, performance, and quality-by-design principles across the development lifecycle. C
- ontribute to project management activities, helping estimate technical effort, shape roadmaps, and align architectural strategy with business priorities.
Required Qualifications:

- roven experience as a Development Architect / Senior Technical Leader in enterprise SaaS or large-scale software environments. S
- trong hands-on expertise in:

- ython, Java, JavaScript (Node.js runtime, React/Angular/SAPUI5) C
- loud architecture and SAP BTP services D
- atabase schema design, optimization, and large-scale data modeling D
- emonstrated experience with Knowledge Graphs (triple stores), RDF/SPARQL, and semantic modeling. W
- orking knowledge of AI/ML technologies (LLMs, embeddings, generative AI frameworks). P
- ractical experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git/GitHub workflows, testing frameworks, and DevOps practices. S
- trong architectural design and code review skills with ability to balance long-term vision with delivery excellence.
