The Seller Flex/Warehouse integration/ PCP Program Manager is responsible for the operational strategy for these channels, defining the goals for key metrics (LSR, CR, FDPS, Return Rate, Concessions, Inbound defects, handling time, UPS) , lead change management of new product features and topology changes, hold operational teams accountable for meeting the goals pointing gaps and opportunities. The PM inspect speed, FDPS and cost inputs to uncover improvement oportunities to enhance seller and fulfillment experience working in partnership with the Speed PMs, supply chain, 3P and Transportaiton teams to implement actions. The PM inspects seller volume and ASIN profile and suggests the optimal channel for the selection using the channel laddering model and work with peers to migrate sellers and selection among channels. The PM will be the STL from Ops side for the launch of Smart Connect, AMZL pick at seller´s warehouses and drop off points. The Seller Flex/WI/PCP PM looks a long term trends for KPIs and proposes mechanisms and program changes to to improve overall performance beyond the everyday CPT chase. The SF/WI/PCP PM leads 3YF/OP cycles in Operations for these channels.

Inspect opeartions, cost and speed inputs and propose improvements

Have in-depth knowledge of product and processes and work with peers to improve them

Represent EF Ops team in business reviews with audience up to two levels up


A day in the life
You will meet with your team, attend business reviews, read and write documents, dive deep on systems, processes, dashboards to track your metrics and uncover opportunities. You will have lunch together and hang out with the rest of the team. You will celebrate wins, be self critical to find opportunities for improvement and follow up on plans to bridge gaps.


About the team
External Fulfillment operations team is resonsible for seller and vendors operations for orders fulfilled from seller and vendor owned warehouses using their labor. We are accountable for delivering operational cost and speed related results and work in partnership with other team in Amazon to improver partner and customer experience. Our channels are scaling the fastest at Amazon operations and there is a lot of innovation happening.

Basic Qualifications


- Bachelor's degree;
- Program or project management experience;
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams;
- Experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics;
- English Skills;
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization;
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
