What You'll Do
As an FP&A Intern, you will be a key player on the growing International Finance team. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, providing strategic analysis and financial insights.
You will participate in various planning cycles (annual planning, quarterly forecasts, and monthly outlooks), where you'll maintain and communicate relevant performance metrics. You will be responsible for clearly explaining the business reasons for variances and adjusting financial models to reflect operational changes.
This is an individual contributor role that reports to the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager.
Responsibility
- Generate and update reports with key financial metrics that compose the full picture scenario of LATAM business
- Support insightful deep dive analysis of areas for performance and business recommendations
- Support ongoing ad hoc financial analysis
- Support the various planning cycles (annual planning, quarterly forecasts and monthly outlooks) and preparation of monthly and quarterly management reviews
- Monitor key financial metrics and business drivers
- Analyze, budget and forecast variances to actual
- Partner with the company’s Accounting team for the month end and quarter end close reporting

What You Bring
Basic
Students of Business, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related courses, expecting to graduate in December 2026 or later
Experience in Excel using VLOOKUP, PROCV, pivot tables and building dashboards
Advanced English
Preferred
Highly motivated self-starter with strong initiative
Interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with partners at all levels of the organization
Analytical and problem-solving skills
