Created in 2022, the Growth Group unifies our business-to-business (B2B), direct-to-consumer (DTC), Sales & Distribution, and Marketing teams. We are an exceptional team, focused on understanding and supporting consumer and customer needs, harnessing new technology, and scaling growth opportunities.
What you'll do:
- Track and analyze field sales productivity KPIs across BEES Force operations.
- Ensure consistent follow-up of field routines across different markets.
- Act as a liaison between local teams and global functions to align priorities and solve challenges.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance frontline execution.
- Maintain a healthy POC base, monitoring buyer activity, churn, and POC independence.
- Support countries with day-to-day problem solving and operational challenges.
- Translate insights into compelling presentations and decision-support materials.
What you'll need:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across diverse, multicultural teams.
- Comfortable with change and able to think creatively.
- Intermediate to advanced English and Spanish (must be able to participate in meetings and presentations).
- Strong PowerPoint skills to create clear, solution-driven narratives.
- Advanced Excel proficiency for working with data.
- Basic understanding of mathematics and statistics to support data-driven problem solving.
- SQL and Python knowledge is a plus.
