What The Day Will Look Like
1.Client Discovery & Strategy Development: Analyze client profiles, including context, claims history, and specific needs. Develop tailored placement strategies in collaboration with technical teams and client executives.
2. Market Engagement: Prepare and issue RFPs to selected carriers, lead clarifications, and conduct roadshows for priority clients. Evaluate proposals based on cost, coverage, and network adequacy
3. Execution & Negotiation: Lead negotiations with carriers, validate commercial and technical conditions, and finalize agreements through electronic platforms such as SIGB
4. Governance & Reporting: Keep control over placement workflows, supervise pipeline performance, and ensure data integrity across systems like DW and SIGB
5. Client Communication: Present market studies and strategic recommendations to clients, support business teams during meetings, and capture feedback for continuous improvement
6. Innovation & Optimization: Contribute to the development of automated dashboards, improve data analytics capabilities, and support initiatives like Online Benefits and Salú for occupational health management
7. Skills & Competencies - Critical thinking and market analysis

How This Opportunity Is Different
The HC Placement Manager is responsible for owning the end-to-end strategy and execution of benefits placement processes, ensuring efficient outcomes for clients through market analysis, negotiation, and strategic alignment.
