We are looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to join our leadership team in Malta and shape the next chapter of our digital growth.
The Role
As Head of Marketing, you will lead our global digital strategy, ensuring SiGMA maintains its position as an industry trailblazer. You’ll manage high-impact campaigns, oversee a dynamic team, and collaborate closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and creative media departments to deliver innovation, engagement, and measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global digital marketing strategies in line with corporate objectives.
- Lead the planning and implementation of digital campaigns across all platforms, from ideation to execution.
- Drive community growth and visibility across SiGMA’s verticals and social networks.
- Conduct process analysis and implement improvements to enhance productivity and workflows.
- Deliver regular performance analysis reports on campaigns, KPIs, and team outcomes to the CMO.
- Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Oversee and approve digital marketing assets, from websites and banners to brochures and case studies.
- Monitor campaign performance and adapt strategies based on consumer insights and analytics.
- Ensure consistent upkeep, optimization, and innovation across all digital platforms.
- Manage and report on paid digital tools and subscriptions (quarterly/annual).
- Train, mentor, and upskill the team in emerging digital trends, tools, and techniques.
- Build and lead a motivated, high-performing digital marketing team.
- Act as the bridge between the Digital Marketing team and other key departments (Content, Design, Video, Sales, Events, Finance, C-Level).
- Strengthen media partnerships and ensure value-driven collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with legal, data, and industry standards in all digital activities.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies in digital operations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices to maintain SiGMA’s competitive edge.
- Execute any ad-hoc digital marketing projects assigned by the CMO.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s degree a plus).
- Proven track record in marketing leadership roles, with successful global campaign execution.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in SEO, PPC, social media management, email marketing, and analytics tools.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Budget management and resource allocation expertise.
- Innovative, creative thinker with a passion for continuous improvement.
