As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-changing environment and learn about several HR subsystems.
The HR Intern will support the HRBP team dedicated to the Global Customer Experience (CX) team at DiDi. In this role you will assist all CX HR team members in People Data Management & Processes, as well as Communication & Engagement Initiatives. You will support teams’ initiatives regarding Employee Retention, Engagement and other People related initiatives. You’ll also collaborate with other HR pillars in order to act in the implementation of projects related to learning and development, employee experience and engagement, culture and communication.

Support CX HR team on training and presentation materials
