Overview
ICG team works to provide liquidity and the best coverage to several financial institutions in Brazil, always seeking to strengthen relationships and partnerships with clients, hence optimizing the business. As part of the team, you will have a crucial role on the operational side and support for all client transactions.
What You’ll Do
- Support in preparation of term sheets, pitch books, marketing material and info memos.
- Analytical support: data warehousing and mining, financial modeling (maintenance and development), scenario / sensitivity analysis, back testing, volatility sensitivity, etc.
- Analyze portfolios and rating iterations.
- Assistance with onboarding process of new clients, and its periodicals reviews.
- Helping the desk in identifying trade restructuring opportunities using data.
- Analyze historic client financials / macro themes and support trade idea generation for sales pitches.
- Analyze client and market data, create presentation material to facilitate senior team members interactions with new and existing clients.
- Supporting the preparation of pitch books and market analysis to help maximize sales opportunities and produce other marketing materials like road shows & offer documents.
- Support transaction management of the deal including follow ups with different functions within DB.
- Prepare specific reports like macro-economic analysis, sector / industry analysis, etc.
- Contact with global teams within DB. Trading Desks, CLM, CRM, Middle Office, Back Office, etc.
- Contact with clients, both investors and its respective support teams.
- Analysis on existing/new risk exposure and helping with operational support of day-to-day risk management in developing and operationalizing of the Governance/Appetite framework with a corresponding comprehensive set of monitoring processes and tools.
Skills You’ll Need
- Currently working towards Business Administration or Economics Bachelor. (engineering )
- Strong interest in business and financial markets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
- Fluency in English preferred but not required in Spanish
