The Effect of Your Contribution
As the Lead Product Manager for Distribution, you will be responsible for defining and delivering key commercial outcomes that contribute to the success and growth of our Distribution business, and building the products and services associated. Our Product Management model is “PMs as a GMs” - we are looking for talented, holistic thinkers who seek to solve important, valuable commercial problems, and view our products as a mechanism to build a business.
In this role, your scope will be both broad and deep. You will play a leading role in formulating the product vision and defining the product strategy for key parts of our Distribution platform, ensuring that your vision and strategy are rooted in commercial realities and intertwined with our Distribution commercial strategy, setting objectives (OKRs) for your squad, and delivering results. This includes leading opportunity discovery, definition and prioritization, building a roadmap that prioritizes the right work and aligning stakeholders around it, and ultimately driving successful delivery of commercial outcomes.
To be successful, you will be a strategic thinker and executor, building deep understanding of market trends, competition, and customer needs to come up with differentiated solutions and also ensure we’re delivering them in the right order in the right way to reach the right results (OKRs). You will understand how a top-notch product team and top-notch product managers should operate, and bring that product culture, set of operational best practices and reference to your peers in product.
To excel all of the above, you should be a good communicator who is adept at storytelling and can set the right messages and tone effectively across the company.
Your Impact Journey
- Own and drive the strategy and execution for your Distribution squad;

Identify bottlenecks and blockers and build scalable processes where needed to enable seamless execution. Consistently measure velocity and drive continuous improvement;
- Act as a champion and practitioner of an outside-in “PM as a GM” mindset. Operate with strong commercial fluency - to the point where you are more commercially fluent than your stakeholders, and therefore can set direction and lead - rooted in a deep understanding of our market, customers, competitors and our own product-market fit. Uncover non-obvious insights that expand our knowledge of our customers and ecosystem.
