Job Summary:
This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements. This position addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, year-end audit preparation and the support of budget and forecast activities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Implement, Calculate and Control Cost Accounting (Material, Labor, Freight Import Cost and Overheads expenses),
- Support pricing actions initiatives for the business _ Std and perpetual moving average cost.
- Support Directors on decision making with accuracy information’s, reports and KPI
- Support Budget, Forecast preparation, and strategic plan elaboration with Finance, Commercial and General Management leadership
- Month end close process, Internal Controls
- Inventory Control, cycle counts
- Support decision making on Inventory management – DIH, Provisions, Disposal and actions to reduce Results impacts from Inventory
- Cost Accounting and Inventory reconciliation
- Ensure integrity of product cost and cost accounting information for multiple sites
- Support on Internal Audit processes
Education/Language skill/Experience:
- Required minimum 5 year in Management/Leadership position
- Bachelor's Accounting, Finance or equivalent education
- MBA is a plus
- English advanced
- Spanish Intermediate
- Integrated ERP Experience
- One Stream or HFM System
