We’re a fast-growing DTC brand pushing the limits of design, performance, and creativity. Now, we’re looking for a Packaging & Merchandising Display Designer who’s obsessed with the way products show up in the real world. You’ll own the look and feel of our packaging and retail presence - from unboxing to in-store displays - bringing our products to life in a way that drives conversion, elevates brand perception, and makes our stuff fly off shelves. Primary Tasks - Design packaging for consumer electronics and accessories that stands out in retail environments; - Create eye-catching POP and countertop displays that boost sell-through and tell our brand story; - Develop sales tools like catalogs, one-pagers, and pitch decks to support retailer and distributor sell-in; - Work with product, marketing, and sales teams to bring packaging concepts from idea to shelf; - Manage dielines, file setup, print production specs, and vendor-ready files with precision; - Collaborate with supply chain and production teams to ensure feasibility and cost-efficiency. Secondary Tasks - Maintain packaging and display asset libraries and design systems; - Contribute to creative brainstorming for product launches and retail campaigns; - Research retail packaging and merchandising trends (DTC, CE, lifestyle, etc); - Support occasional retail planogram development or trade show asset design.
Requisitos Strong portfolio of packaging, merchandising displays, and sales collateral that’s gone to market; Deep understanding of retail environments, shopper psychology, and packaging performance metrics; Experience with retail packaging compliance requirements (e.g., barcodes, QR codes, warnings); Mastery of dielines, print production setup, and materials/finishing techniques; Expertise in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign (bonus if you know Keyshot or 3D visualization tools); High standards, fast turnaround, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Desejável Experience designing PDQs, FSDUs, and countertop displays; 3–5+ years of packaging design experience for retail consumer products (ideally consumer electronics); Familiarity with planogramming or retailer requirements (Target, Walmart, Best Buy, etc.); Motion or 3D skills for mockups or visualizing displays in-store.
