BPOD LatAm is looking for a Renewal Account Manager to join our team in São Paulo, SP.
Position Summary:
The Renewal Account Manager is responsible for managing and securing the renewal of subscription contracts and technology services, while building strong client relationships and contributing to the company’s long-term growth. This role is essential for maintaining recurring revenue, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage timely renewals of licenses, subscriptions, and service contracts, negotiating terms that support business goals.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and anticipate potential challenges.
- Identify potential churn risks and suggest proactive solutions to improve the overall customer experience.
- Understand the customer’s business needs and solution requirements.
- Recognize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling during renewal discussions.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to streamline the renewal process.
- Use CRM tools to track renewal activities, maintain accurate data, and generate reports on performance and retention.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology-related sales.
- Proven track record working with vendors, distributors, partners, and end-users within the tech industry.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification of completed studies.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Fluent in both written and spoken Spanish.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on sales, problem-solving, and customer service.
- Ability to analyze market and sales data to support business decisions.
- Confident in delivering clear, effective presentations.
- Self-motivated and capable of meeting targets and deadlines independently.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and interacting across all organizational levels. Able to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
