DESCRIPTION
The Risk Analyst, LATAM - reporting to the International TERA head and part of the broader International Security & Loss Prevention (S&LP) team - will primarily be responsible for managing the day-to-day tactical risks to Amazon people, operations, and assets in Latin America, primarily Mexico and Brazil. They will monitor open source information, write risk alerts, and engage stakeholders to ensure mitigations. The main stakeholders are end-to-end Operations and Field Loss Prevention (LP) teams.
Key job responsibilities
Conduct open source monitoring of threats to Amazon people, operations, and assets.
Write proactive risk alerts and engage stakeholders to ensure mitigations are in place as needed.
Verbally brief on calls related to ongoing and upcoming risk events, outlining the most likely and worst-case scenarios.
Support incident management teams responding to high impact incidents in LATAM.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience with open source intelligence (OSINT) and research
Experience working in Latin America, with a strong familiarity of the security context.
Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
