About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-focused SOP Specialist to support the implementation and day-to-day management of Terradot’s Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. This role will be instrumental in enabling structured, process-driven operations through data consolidation, planning routines, performance monitoring, and execution control.
As Terradot transitions from a project-based to a process-driven company with national deployment ambitions, the SOP Specialist will play a key role in bringing structure, consistency, and scalability to our operational planning practices.
Role Responsibilities
Consolidate and update deployment timelines, milestones, and capacity constraints in a centralized planning hub.
Maintain and continuously improve the master deployment calendar, integrating inputs from multiple departments (land, rock, logistics, quality, science).
Participate in monthly S&OP and weekly S&OE meetings, preparing reports, dashboards, and deviation analysis.
Support planning scenario modeling and data-driven prioritization decisions.
Monitor adherence to the deployment plan and flag execution risks or constraint violations.
Track and visualize KPIs related to forecast accuracy, plan adherence, and resource utilization.
Assist in standardizing and documenting planning procedures and workflows.
Coordinate input gathering from field teams and stakeholders to support a bottoms-up planning approach.
Create and maintain dynamic tools (dashboards, Gantt charts, trackers) to enable operational transparency.
Support internal communications and follow-ups related to plan changes, alignment, and escalation processes.
What Success Looks Like (90 Days, 6 Months, 12 Months)
In the First 90 Days
Fully onboarded into deployment planning logic and tools.
Deliver a unified planning database aligned with Q3 and Q4 operations.
Generate weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
Gain trust and credibility across cross-functional stakeholders by enabling visibility and follow-through.
In 6–12 Months
Achieve consistency and reliability in planning cycle execution.
Demonstrate improved plan adherence and reduced execution variability.
Enable real-time deployment visibility and scenario-based decision-making.
Support planning discipline and structure across teams with minimum supervision.
Must-Have Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related fields.
2–4 years of experience in operations, planning, supply chain, or field execution roles.
Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and visualization tools.
Proven ability to structure information and drive execution in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across functions, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have
Experience in field operations, logistics, mining, agriculture, or environmental sectors.
Familiarity with ERP systems, planning platforms, and operational dashboards.
Prior experience in high-growth startups or companies transitioning to scalable operations.
Exposure to S&OP or S&OE frameworks.
