Zeeco collaborates with the biggest names in the industry, enabling individuals to broaden their skills alongside teams of subject matter experts. Key Responsabilities·         Carry out the activities of accounts payable and receivable, preparing the CNAB files for sending to the bank.·         Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, weekly and monthly.·         Organize payment receipts write-offs.·         Monitor and control receipts.·         Issue billing and send it to the requesting areas.·         Supporting the activities of the accounting department in the monthly closings.·         Attend audits, delivering requested documents. Qualifications and Experience·         Bachelor´s Degree of Science in Accounting. ·        Experience of 4 to 6 years in the area.·         Experience with accounting reconciliation.·         Knowledge in the main Brazilian accounting procedures (NBCs – CPC 47 Revenue recognition,).·         Experience with accounts payable and receivable activities.·         Experience with invoicing (issuance of invoices).·     Intermediate/Advanced English (Writing and Speaking). Technical Skills·         Solid knowledge of and experience with the Microsoft Office, especially Excel. ·         Knowledge of ERP SAP B1·         Analytical vision - attention to detail Behavioral skills·         Punctuality·         Proactivity·         Teamwork·         Analytical skills·         Communication·         Organization·         Procedural skills Working at Zeeco means being part of a people-centric culture and environment built on mutual respect, personal encouragement, professional integrity, and limitless opportunity.
