• Develop and test code incrementally and collaboratively, with a focus on quality and best practices (TDD);
• Actively participate in code reviews, contributing to the evolution of the platform's architecture and design;
• Deploy your code to production continuously, utilizing Continuous Deployment practices;
• Create tools to optimize the team's workflow;
• Collaborate with Product, Finance, Risk, and Business teams to ensure the best experience for our merchants;
• Work on strategic projects, focusing on the evolution and scalability of our platform;
• Contribute to the technical decisions of the platform, always seeking efficient and high-performance solutions;
• Work on high-concurrency and distributed systems challenges, ensuring the platform's resilience and availability;
• Dive into challenges involving data replication, consistency, and optimization for a high-throughput system;

• Proven experience in software development and familiarity with the software development lifecycle;
• Interest in deepening your knowledge of data structures, concurrency, persistence, and distributed systems;
• Proficiency in Git or another version control system;
• A vision for software quality, the ability to decompose problems, and a drive for efficient ab;tractions;
• Ease in learning new technologies, languages, and engineering practices;
• Proactivity and a desire to contribute to the evolution of our engineering culture;

• Experience with Ruby on Rails and familiarity with the language's ecosystem;
• Knowledge of data replication and reconciliation;
• Interest in performance optimization and scalability challenges for high-demand systems;
• Experience with observability practices and tools (monitoring, logging, tracing);
• Experience with Continuous Deployment and CI/CD tools;
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, especially AWS;
• Advanced English for communication with the team and international stakeholders;
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
