The Role You’ll Play:
At ClassPass, search isn’t just about rankings — it’s about creating discovery moments. Whether someone’s searching on Google, asking a chatbot, scrolling TikTok, browsing the app store, or exploring what’s next in wellness, you’ll make sure ClassPass is there. We're looking for someone who’s technically strong, curious, and ready to think creatively about how people search and where discovery happens across Google, app stores and AI platforms.
- Lead the global SEO vision for ClassPass, connecting Consumer, Partner, and Corporate audiences with the right experiences at the right time
- Go beyond Google — design discovery strategies for AI platforms, app stores, voice search, YouTube, TikTok, and other emerging channels
- Drive cross-functional initiatives from technical audits to AI-informed content strategies, ensuring scalable, ethical, and modern practices
- Partner with engineering, product, and content teams to translate complex SEO needs into clear roadmaps that fuel measurable organic growth
- Champion search trends and shifts internally, guiding teams on how to adapt and stay ahead
- Own and evolve our App Store Optimization (ASO) strategy, from keyword targeting to creative testing, to improve visibility and conversions
- Track, analyze, and share results that tie directly to business impact, inspiring ongoing optimization
Experience You Bring:
- 4–6 years of hands-on SEO experience, with deep expertise across technical, content, and authority pillars
- Strong communicator who can turn complex SEO concepts into clear, actionable insights and connect metrics to business goals
- Curiosity and adaptability — you experiment with how AI, voice, chat, and social discovery are shaping the future of search
- Knowledge of international SEO and localization best practices, including ccTLDs and multilingual strategies
- Advanced analytics skills, fluent in tools like GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, OnCrawl, Looker/Tableau, or similar
- A proactive, resourceful approach to project management, thriving in cross-functional environments
- (Bonus) Experience managing enterprise SEO for sites with millions of pages
- (Bonus) Expertise in app store optimization
