Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in an applied research setting (e.g., product or academic), or similar.
- Experience with research methods (e.g., usability, studies, contextual inquiries, 1:1 interviews, unmoderated research studies).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience research methodologies and artifacts (reports, journey maps, etc.).
- Experience in designing and executing various research methods like usability studies, surveys, and contextual inquiries.
- Experience command of user research questions and technical tools for data analysis and measuring user experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities, balance user and business needs, and communicate complex outcomes across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities
- Own and drive multi-phase research roadmaps, spanning both tactical and strategic efforts across the product portfolio.
- Design, plan, and conduct research to uncover actionable insights, identifying user needs, pain points, and opportunities.
- Answer key research questions by synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data from sources, applying various methodological approaches throughout the product life-cycle.
- Communicate research findings through compelling reports and presentations, influencing product strategy and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders, including executives.
- Collaborate closely with Design, Product Management, and Engineering leaders to ensure product excellence and drive strategic direction.
