We’re looking for a part-time Social Media Specialist to help us maintain a strong and consistent presence across our social platforms, collaborating closely with the Marketing Coordinator and Content Team.
The Social Media Specialist will support Gracie Barra’s marketing efforts by scheduling posts, engaging with our community, and helping maintain a high-quality, consistent digital presence. This remote role is ideal for a creative, organized, bilingual professional with a passion for martial arts, content, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and publish content on platforms such as Instagram and Facebook using Meta Business Suite
- Monitor and engage with community interactions (comments, DMs, tags, mentions)
- Respond to followers with clear, positive, and brand-aligned communication
- Flag issues or important messages to the Marketing Coordinator
- Use tools like Canva to occasionally design simple visual content
- Track basic social media metrics and contribute to performance reports
Requirements
- Experience managing social media accounts, especially on Instagram and Meta
- Fluent in both Portuguese and English
- Proficiency with scheduling and publishing tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite)
- Familiarity with Canva or similar tools for content creation
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Passion for digital engagement and social trends
