Create and update compliance policies, procedures, guidelines, reporting, and training to comply with regulations, industry standards, and evolving technological trends.
Design and execute relevant and meaningful compliance awareness plans, leveraging digital learning platforms, gamification, and AI-powered training analytics.
Perform periodic transaction reviews using data analytics and artificial intelligence tools to detect anomalies, prevent fraud, and ensure compliance with company policies (anti-bribery and corruption, gifts and entertainment, conflict of interest, third-party intermediaries, reputational risk alerts, etc.).
Conduct compliance risk assessments incorporating predictive analytics and automation to support timely risk mitigation.
Prepare management reports with data visualization dashboards for enhanced decision-making.
Ensure policies & procedures are available in local languages and accessible through digital compliance management systems.
Promote and manage the company whistleblowing system, exploring AI-driven triage and case management tools for efficiency.
Monitor changes in regulations, industry best practices, and emerging topics such as ESG compliance, AI governance, data ethics, and cybersecurity threats.
Support internal stakeholders (Procurement, Operations, Commercial, HR, Legal, Finance, Internal Audit) in embedding compliance into strategic and operational initiatives.
Qualificações
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Data Analytics or other related studies with strong academic credentials.
- Ability to speak and write in English, Portuguese and Spanish fluently.
- 5+ years of compliance experience.
- Experience in anti-bribery and corruption, economic sanctions, anti-money laundering, supplier due diligence, internal audit, cybersecurity, data privacy (GDPR and LGPD), risk management and trainings.
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions will be considered a plus.
Proficiency in data analytics software, AI-assisted compliance platforms, and workflow automation tools.
Advanced presentation, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
Great knowledge and experience in Compliance and Business Ethics. Internal Controls, COSO, Compliance, Risk, Project Management and proven experience in the area.
Great presentation and interpersonal skills, be hands-on and focused on getting the job done in a fast-paced environment, where a project involves many different areas and stakeholders.
