Responsibilities:
- Maintain Corporate Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Certifications by monitoring internal, external (customer) audits and external certification bodies, ensuring appropriate measures for the potential improvements and non-conformities.
- Ensure implementation of international procedures as well as implementation and maintenance of matrix certification within KL Group.
- Support the entire organization in elaboration, updating, distribution and control of management system documents (operating procedures and instructions) ensuring that everyone is up to date and available in all areas of the company.
- Prepare the mapping of internal processes and identification of weaknesses and potential for improvement, so that together with the various areas of the company, they act in the implementation of preventive and corrective actions.
- Plan and execute integrated internal Quality/HSE and Supplier audits, as well as the definition and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Plan, execute and submit international product and process audits.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date Process FMEAs and relevant documentation (Process Diagrams/Flows and Control Plans) with the corporate matrix.
- Plan and execute the legal compliance audit, as well as the definition and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Track and manage internal process indicators – KPIs for goal achievement, trend analysis and corrective and preventive actions required).
- Perform the recording and monitoring of internal/external non-conformities and customer complaints / feedback from the Customer Voice Committee, in order to ensure the correct identification of the root cause, and definition/implementation of corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
- Record and update on corporate portals (ENABLON, SAP, for example) related to internal and external audit data, process indicators, customer complaints, etc.
- Manage customer portals (Quality and Logistics Performance).
Qualifications:
Higher education in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
Advanced English.
ISO-9001 Lead Auditor.
Knowledge of Standards: IATF-16949, ISO-21469, SMETA.
Mastery in Quality Tools: MASP, SIPOC, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA and CEP.
Desirable: Expertise in Quality Management and Productivity.
Desirable: Lead Auditor ISO-14001 and ISO-45001.
