About Sound Agriculture’s LATAM expansion

After impacting nearly 1 million hectares in the United States with our flagship product, SOURCE, we are now ready for a new chapter: the launch of TRIGGER in Brazil — a solution that shares the same principles of biological activation through plant–microbe signaling and was developed with a focus on soybean cultivation and the agronomic challenges of the country.

Based on natural flavonoids, TRIGGER enhances plant–soil communication by promoting the recruitment of beneficial microbes, nutrient release, and root development. Compatible with different management strategies, it represents a new way of activating natural processes with greater precision, efficiency, and return in the field.

The Role: Build the Future, From the Ground Up

As a Territory Sales Manager (TSM), this role is responsible for leading the introduction of Sound’s technologies in Brazil by building strong relationships with large growers, agronomic advisors, and strategic dealers. This role operates across the entire customer journey — from first contact to long-term agronomic and commercial success including identifying, developing, and engaging high-potential distribution partners, building a local network aligned with our standards and long-term vision.

This is a front-line commercial position with full accountability for sales, in-field performance, and market development. Success requires strong technical and commercial capabilities, deep regional knowledge, and an ownership mindset. It’s not just managing a territory – it’s building one. This role requires frequent travel within the state of Mato Grosso, with in-person engagement alongside growers, agronomic consultants, and channel partners across different regions of the territory.

Após impactar quase 1 milhão de hectares nos Estados Unidos com nosso produto carro-chefe, o SOURCE, estamos iniciando um novo capítulo: o lançamento do TRIGGER no Brasil — uma solução que compartilha os mesmos princípios de ativação biológica via sinalização entre plantas e microrganismos, desenvolvida com foco na cultura da soja e nos desafios agronômicos do país.

Baseado em flavonoides naturais, o TRIGGER melhora a comunicação planta–solo, promovendo o recrutamento de microrganismos benéficos, a liberação de nutrientes e o desenvolvimento radicular. Compatível com diferentes estratégias de manejo, representa uma nova forma de ativar processos naturais com mais precisão, eficiência e retorno no campo.

A posição: construir o futuro desde o início

Como Gerente de Território de Vendas, você será responsável por liderar a introdução das tecnologias da Sound no estado de Mato Grosso, construindo relacionamentos sólidos com grandes produtores, consultores agronômicos e distribuidores estratégicos. Atuará ao longo de toda a jornada do cliente — do primeiro contato ao sucesso agronômico e comercial de longo prazo.

Também será responsável por identificar, desenvolver e engajar canais de distribuição com alto potencial, construindo uma rede local alinhada aos nossos padrões e à visão de longo prazo da empresa.

Esta é uma posição comercial de linha de frente, com responsabilidade total sobre vendas, performance em campo e desenvolvimento de mercado. O sucesso exige forte capacidade técnica e comercial, conhecimento profundo da região e mentalidade de dono. Não se trata apenas de gerenciar um território — trata-se de construir um território.

Essa posição exige disponibilidade para viagens frequentes dentro do estado do Mato Grosso, com presença ativa junto a produtores, consultores e canais em diversas regiões do estado.
