About the role

As a UX/UI Designer, you will make an impact by you will collaborate closely with a major cloud service provider. Functioning as an extension of their sales enablement team, you will concentrate on developing videos and non-functional demos for their end customers. In partnership with your Pod Lead, design experts, and client sales teams, you will create impactful demo videos tailored to each end customer, for inclusion in pitches and proposal responses. You will exhibit a strong sense of dedication and responsibility in ensuring that all services are delivered in accordance with established quality standards. You will be a valued member of the Cloud Sales team and work collaboratively with a major cloud service provider.

In this role, you will:

  • Craft compelling sales narratives and interactive demos, including pitch videos, for cloud services that cater to diverse industries.
  • Develop chat scripts that effectively showcase the potential applications of Gen AI chatbots.
  • Design intuitive UX/UI mockups using tools like Figma and Flutterflow.
  • Conduct thorough industry research (spanning sectors such as BFS, Telecom, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, and Technology) to gain a deep understanding of user journeys and pain points.
  • Consolidate research and insights into persuasive sales narratives that leverage storytelling and highlight relevant business cases for each industry vertical.
  • Translate client briefs into dynamic and insightful interfaces through industry research and analysis.
  • Foster a culture of peer-to-peer mentoring and cross-learning

Work model: Hybrid

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring days a week in a client or Cognizant office in São Paulo, SP. What you need to have to be considered

  • Language Level: English (C1) and Spanish (B2)
  • Background in UI/UX Design
  • A B.Tech/BE/BCA/MCA(Bachelors/Masters) degree or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity in solutioning, creating customer journeys based on Gen AI use cases.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in script writing for videos/sizzle reels/training low code LLMs – Large Languages Models.
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and presentation capabilities

These will help you stand out

  • Candidate with enterprise sales/ presales/ solutions background
  • Background in the tech industry/cloud/SaaS
  • Familiarity in creating customized pitch decks & apps at industry verticals /customer/persona level
  • Working in cross-functional teams and engaging with different stakeholders
  • UI/UX Design in Flutterflow and Figma experience
