Job Summary:
The Warehouse Coordinator II will be responsible to provide direction and coordinator of transportation and related logistics for all Manitowoc products shipped in and out of the Brazil region. The position will interface routinely with product support personnel to ensure timely delivery of aftermarket parts to end users. This position reports to Manager Parts - Brazil and will be based in São Paulo.
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for developing and implementing standardized practices, automated systems and resources for transportation and logistics functions for the Brazil facilities.
-Responsible for negotiating and developing national account status transportation rates for all modes of transportation.
-Furnish freight quotations to Sales, Pricing, Purchasing and customers as requested.
-Responsible for the efficient and timely coordination of activities involving the storage of parts in stock, preparation of shipping documents.
-Product Support Warehouse Management: Parts Planning, Inventory Replenish regarding the necessity, Material Handling.
-Product Support transport coordination in Brazil Territory, Freight Control, Logistics Partners Development.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- English language desirable
- Knowledge of office package

Work Environment:
- Physical inventory space: moving through shelves, checking goods, organizing products, and handling the receipt and dispatch of materials.
- Administrative station: a desk with a computer and access to inventory management software (ERP or logistics control system) for data entry, updates, and inventory movement reports.
