About the job
This role aims to provide Operational support for franchisee and Multibrand operations for Center and South America, management and the KAM (Key Account Manager) team, providing visibility into sales information and ensuring the operation can achieve defined performance objectives.
Development of weekly and monthly reports for the IR channel (single-brand and multi-brand franchises for the region) focusing on sales updates, revenue targets, backorders, forecasts, sell-out, retail KPIs, and inventory management. Creation of ad-hoc analyses for multibrand and franchise channel management, tailored to the needs of the IR Commercial Management and Sales Directors, as well as the KAM team.
Develop and maintain reports (weekly and monthly) with the following scopes:
Update actual sales Update sales targets/forecasts/sell-in campaigns Update backorder reports (orders placed) Sell-out reports (retail KPIs) Inventory reports, customer coverage Collaborate in creating suggested orders, based on established targets, by store
Monitor credit/billing blockers
Create order values Monitor S&OP meetings (product and marketing input receipt status with the logistics team), ensuring that deliveries to supply franchises and multi-brand stores are being made on time
Track orders related to commercial campaigns and other initiatives such as "Buy Back," "Cash Back Bonus," and others
Monitor credit order blocking situations, working with the Key Account Management and Sales teams Create ad-hoc analyses for franchise store management, according to the needs of the Sales Department and the Key Account Management team.
Identify and evaluate potential opportunities based on the analyses developed. Propose an action plan to improve results.

Deep Understanding of retail market intelligence,Sales, Planning and Customer service.
Solid knowledge of MS Excel
Intermediate to advanced languages: English, Spanish and Portuguese
