Analista Jr. de Engenharia

Eaton is looking for a Jr. Engineering Analyst based in our Valinhos site to join our team.
He/She will be responsible for:

The purpose of this position is to support engineering activities associated with Clutch & Aftermarket products as well as current product demands. Duties include interfacing with designers to create and release drawings, support prototype hardware procurement, follow up regarding durability testing, participating in design reviews and design for six sigma (DFSS) activities, problem-solving and failure analysis.

  • Collaborates with experienced engineers to provide follow-up and assistance on:
o Product performance (Clutches & Aftermarket products)
o Design of simple aftermarket components
o Buy & Sell Aftermarket strategy
o Aftermarket sales catalog definition
o Identification of aftermarket product application and specification
o Preparation of drawings and specifications
o Standard work and process creation
  • Fosters and supports engineering activities regarding VAVE and cost saving initiatives
  • Perform product/system analysis through simulation, FEA, calculations and related means with support of senior engineers. Understand and interpret results to identify problems, make change recommendations and suggest product/system improvements.

Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanic or Mechatronic Engineering (last year or just graduated)
  • Advanced 3D/2D model/drawing in ProEngineer, Creo or similar CAD system
  • Advanced English

Experience preferred to meet position qualifications:

  • Previous internship experience
