HR Country Advisor, AVP

As HR Country Advisor, this person will handle a generalist role covering all Brazil Infrastructure and Business areas being responsible for:

  • Business Advisory,
  • Talent Acquisition (incl. recruitment, onboarding, Workday),
  • Compensation, including integration with global processes and local requirements oversight,
  • T&D agenda,
  • HR projects agenda,
  • Wellbeing, Diversity and CSR HR Representative
  • Internal controls framework (policies updates, reports, HR regulatory requirements)


+ 8y experience in HR generalist roles

experience with Banks (preferably international Banks)

fluent in English and Portuguese

technical expertise on HR products

communication skills, process oriented and pro-active
