The Opportunity
Provides administrative and operational support to HR activities, with a primary focus on payroll inputs, timekeeping, benefits enrollment, offboarding processes, and employee services. Ensures accurate data flow across HR systems and supports internal communication and compliance with labor practices.
Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll support tasks, including vacation scheduling, time tracking adjustments, and HRIS data input.
- Coordinate offboarding: exit meetings, IT coordination for equipment returns, severance calculations, and document archiving.
- Administer employee benefits: enrollments and exclusions for health, life insurance, and dependents; respond to questions on reimbursements and plan usage.
- Support employee leave tracking and prepare documentation for social security and return-to-work cases.
- Provide front-line employee service, including record updates, employment letters, and general HR assistance.
- Oversee onboarding through HRIS, create ID badges for employees and contractors, and manage system and access credentials.
- Maintain internal employee contact lists and distribute general HR communications.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in the field of Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of eSocial processes or actively developing expertise.
- 1-3 years' progressive experience in HR field preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI in daily HR operations and reporting.
