We are looking for talented professionals to join our Driver Operations team! This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are highly analytical, data-driven, and eager to solve complex business challenges. If you have a start-up spirit and are always looking to create value, you would be great for this team!
As part of Operations team, the selected candidates will play a key role in optimizing Driver experience, analyzing user behavior, and identifying improvements opportunities. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency. The ideal candidates will leverage data to develop strategies that impact pricing, demand, supply, and overall marketplace balance.
Role Responsibilities:
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use internal and external data to support business growth.
- Innovation & Problem-Solving: Identify new opportunities and propose data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and optimize the acquisition channels.
- Engagement & Optimization: Create strategies to improve driver experience and engagement, ensuring marketplace efficiency.
- Process & Product Improvement: Optimize existing workflows, support product enhancements, and ensure a seamless operational experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to drive initiatives and lead projects with a structured approach.
- Advanced Excel, SQL and Data Analytics skills (Python/ R knowledge is a plus but not required).
- Fluent English is required.
