Principais Atividades e Responsabilidades
- Garantir o fluxo das atividades das áreas produtivas, colocando pedidos e realizando follow up com fornecedores para que os materiais sejam entregues momento certo.
- Acompanhar a acurácia de consumo dos materiais em relação a quantidade consumida, e a quantidade planejada estabelecida em AOP, e suas revisões, para que não ocorram rupturas de processo e nem excesso de inventário.
- Atuar em conformidade com os requisitos de GMP, 6S, Kaizen e outros programas de conservação e segurança das áreas de atuação.
- Suportar sempre que necessário as áreas de apoio (PCP, Qualidade, Produção).
- Apoiar a gestão na elaboração do budget e forecast das áreas de PCP, compilando as informações e encaminhando para o superior imediato.
- Atuar de maneira ativa no controle de gastos e despesas dos centros de custos relativos ao PCP.
Requisitos
- Superior Completo ou Cursando em Engenharia de Produção, Logística, Supply Chain e áreas relacionadas
- Excel avançado e Power BI desejável
- Vivência em sistemas Integrados ERP - SAP, Protheus e semelhantes
