Responsabilidades:
- Análise jurídico-estratégica da área de licitações com a finalidade de mitigar riscos e viabilizar a entrada e permanência dos clientes.
- Responsável pela elaboração de ofícios, requerimentos, recursos, contrarrazões, denúncia, representações, acompanhamento de ações judiciais, contratação de escritório terceiro, entre outras atividades relacionadas a ações juridicas.
Requisitos:
- Ensino Superior completo em Direito
- Experiência na áreas do Direito: Público, Administrativo e Cívil
- Obrigatoriamente com OAB
- Conhecer a Lei 8666 e 14.133
- Habilidade numérica (matemática financeira) - Desejável
- Pacote Office Intermediário
- Inglês será considerado um diferencial
