Design
Art Director Responsibilities
- Art direct, design and concept conceptual brand expressions across all mediums, including mobile, product, film, interactive, OOH, print, events, experiential etc
- Understand how art direction, design and conceptual ideas can be used to tell a story on behalf of a brand and within a product
- Communicate complicated technology topics in clear, concise ways to a non-technical audience
- Present ideas in a clear and focused way that builds consensus within the team
- Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment with copywriters, engineers, insights, marketing, strategists and product managers
- Work autonomously, with little direction, multitasking across multiple projects
- Create original, breakthrough work
- Translate complex strategic approaches into easily accessible creative concepts
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience at agency/in-house concepting and art directing ideas for brand and product
- Demonstrated experience working on mobile-first social campaigns
- Experience designing, art directing and articulating conceptual design decisions
- Experience bringing ideas to life with high quality prototypes using creative software and other tools
- History of self-initiated projects
- Knowledge and interest in product design and project strategy
- Detail-oriented design skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience at agency/in-house concepting and art directing ideas for brand and product
- Extensive experience working on international campaigns across multiple markets
- Knowledge of localisation of campaigns
- Fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish
- Award-winning work
- Experience in pursuing and developing work using emerging technologies
- Future-first mindset, and experience creating in new platforms. This may include, but is not limited to: augmented, virtual or mixed reality, gaming, Web3, AI, NFTs, avatars, etc
