Processar faturamentos de importação e exportação, garantindo a precisão e conformidade com as regulamentações do comércio internacional.Realizar análises detalhadas dos dados de faturamento, identificando tendências, discrepâncias e oportunidades de melhoria nos processos financeiros das operações de comércio exterior.
Monitorar e controlar custos extras associados aos embarques internacionais (por exemplo, demurrage, armazenagem, taxas alfandegárias), identificando discrepâncias e buscando oportunidades de otimização.
Preparar e analisar KPIs mensais relacionados às operações de faturamento de comércio exterior, fornecendo insights e recomendações para melhoria.
Comunicar-se eficazmente com fornecedores e prestadores de serviços para resolver problemas, esclarecer informações e garantir a fluidez das operações.
Manter documentação precisa e atualizada para todos os processos de importação e exportação.
Colaborar com departamentos internos para garantir um fluxo de trabalho eficiente e troca de informações.
What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?
- Experiência em comércio exterior, com foco em operações de importação e exportação.
- Forte compreensão da documentação e dos procedimentos do comércio internacional.
- Habilidades analíticas e atenção aos detalhes.
- Proficiência no Pacote Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel.
- Capacidade de gerenciar múltiplas tarefas e priorizar eficazmente em um ambiente dinâmico.
- Habilidades de comunicação e interpessoais
