The Red Hat Workforce Technology Solutions team is looking for an Associate Technology Analyst focused on HR Information Systems (HRIS) to join us in Brazil. In this role, you will be responsible for the support of HRIS associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility, and usage of associate information for the HR team’s planning and activities. You’ll maintain internal database files and tables and partner with the HR Data and Analytics team to analyze custom reports to meet the requirements of HR management and associates. As an HR System Administrator, you’ll collaborate globally with HR, Finance, and IT teams and you’ll serve as the point of contact for HR systems and application support.
What will you do:
Monitor systems and data, resolving Level 1 and 2 HR system issues and escalating issues to business owners, product owners, or vendors as needed
Manage user access, including security and permissions for various systems
Assist with testing of new systems and applications, system updates, and data conversion
Partner cross-functionally with internal business owners to identify opportunities for increased usage and enhancements of current processes and systems
Develop and maintain up-to-date HRIS functional documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and system documentation
Design, prepare, analyze, and audit HR dashboards, data, and metrics crucial to the administration of HR
Build user procedures, guidelines, documentation, and training on HRIS systems
Administer audit processes to ensure data integrity, system accuracy, and compliance
Perform ticket triage and respond to system-related inquiries, serving as the main point of contact for the resolution of any issues related to HR systems and applications
Maintain and protect associate data by keeping HR information confidential
What will you bring:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or a related field, or equivalent experience
1+ years of experience with HR management systems, including writing reports, data entry, and administration
1+ year(s) of experience working in system administration or equivalent experience
Advanced experience with spreadsheet analysis and data analysis
Exceptional focus on detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer service skills
Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, changing environment
Solid organizational and planning skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects
Highly proficient with office software and applications like spreadsheets, presentations, ticketing systems, etc.
Experience with Workday, ServiceNow preferred
