We're looking for an Automatic Inspection Machine Operator, where you'll be responsible to operate Automations within the area of operations assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible to operate automatic machines in the assigned area, to get the best output within the required quality standard.
- Make sure to fill in the required production, TPM and quality paperwork, including use of computer, scanning or monitoring systems as per management requirements.
- Wash seals in washing machine by selecting appropriate programme
- Carry out checks on Automatic Inspection Machines as per latest Process Control Plans
- Operate any Automation in relation to the area of operation such as but not limited to Automatic inspection machines, split detection machines, automatic/robotic packaging, automatic/robotic ancillary operations.
- Unload seals once the pre-set number has gone through and transfer on appropriate racks
- Carry out audits as per latest Process Control Plans
- Seal bags and label
- Pack in boxes and transfer packed seals to Despatch
- Preventive Maintenance Level 1
- Adhere to the Company H&S regulations and other company policies effecting area of operation.
- Compliance with the requirements of the ISO14001 environment management system and the ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system.
- Responsible for reporting any hazards / near misses / incidents that you’re aware of immediately to the area management.
Periodic Tasks:
- Housekeeping and 5S
- Periodic clean of filters in washing machine
- Adjust/check printer settings (for labels on bags)
- Controls on Automatic Machines as per latest Process Control Plans
- Calibration using arbitration samples as specified in latest Process Control Plans
- Troubleshooting and anomaly reporting
- Manage stocktaking as per instructions
- Attend any training as per company policy.
What we are looking for:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual with experience in operating automatic machines. The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to manage various automation systems.
- Experience with production and quality paperwork, and proficiency in using scanning and monitoring systems.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and ISO standards compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and anomaly reporting.
- A commitment to maintaining high housekeeping standards and organizational skills for stock management.
- Flexibility to attend training sessions and adapt to new processes as needed.
Working Hours:
- Various shift systems according to the exigencies of the operation area.
