Job Description

As a BTS Specialist for Patient Excellence & Emerging Technology, you will play a crucial role in maximizing the value of IT products within Canada and Latin America, ensuring they meet business needs and align with strategic goals. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, development teams, and other product owners, you will deliver high-quality technology solutions.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

• Strategic Vision and Innovation: Align product vision with regional objectives by focusing on emerging technologies to support commercial growth and innovation;
• Product Management and Development: Prioritize features and improvements through product roadmaps and backlogs, while engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and participate in planning;
• Support affiliates in the execution of Market Access projects, acting as an agent who co-creates with innovation. Focus on follow-up and achieving impactful results that facilitate the adoption of this capability;
• Collaboration and Communication: Maintain effective communication between stakeholders and development teams, involving regional input and feedback loops;
• Performance Measurement and Improvement: Define and track KPIs to measure product success, fostering continuous improvement in product functionality and user experience;
• Project Management: Oversee projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget;
• Training and Support: Deliver training to ensure effective technology use and manage support processes to maintain high user satisfaction;
• Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure adherence to corporate policies and implement industry best practices for technology solutions;
• Engagement with Local and Global Teams: Manage relationships with various leaders and collaborate with global teams for successful technology deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field;
• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) will be a differential;
• Fluent English is mandatory;
• Solid experience in technology Product Owner role;
• Strong project management skills, with experience in managing complex technology projects;
• Knowledge of business processes, and systems environment in pharmaceutical environment will be considered a differential;
• Strong in business engagement, interpreting business needs effectively into technical concepts and solutions. Communicate effectively with both technical and business teams to ensure successful deployment;
• Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques and tools, with experience implementing AI solutions to enhance product functionality and business outcomes;
• Experience in working with Global teams in a Matrix environment;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business requirements and translate them into effective product solutions;
• A good understanding of IT systems, software development, and emerging technologies relevant to the product.
