DNV is seeking a Business Support (Planner). This role will be serving our Business Assurance team.
This role will be based out of our DNV São Paulo office.
What You’ll Do:
Perform scheduling/planning process in accordance with procedures, rules and regulations.
Communicate continually with client and auditor to confirm schedule.
Support and enable the qualifications and competence initiatives.
Ensuring effectiveness and efficient management of scheduling activities.
Maximise utilisation of resources while ensuring lower operation cost.
Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Understand and have in consideration logistics/georgraphic implications when planning.
Business (commercial) or administrative experience will be valued.
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with customer relationship in different channels (telephone, e-mail, chat).
- Multitasking.
- Self organized.
- Detail oriented.
- Proactive.
- Team oriented.
- Preferred a good communication level of Spanish.
- Good knowledge of English.
