We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Calypso to support front-to-back financial systems integration, data analysis, and product implementation. You will work across business and technical teams to ensure alignment between requirements, development, and delivery in a high-paced capital markets environment.

What You'll Do
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, gathering and analyzing requirements, especially for Calypso implementations and enhancements
- Participate in the full lifecycle of integration projects, from requirement gathering to testing and deployment
- Provide support in defining and implementing solutions related to product integration, market data, pricing, P&L, and reporting within Calypso
- Work closely with Front Office, Risk, and Operations teams to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in the financial industry, preferably within capital markets
- Proven experience with product integration services and participation in managed projects, ideally using Agile methodologies
- Working knowledge of Calypso modules such as Trade Capture, Pricing & Sensitivities, Simulation & Forward Ladder Reports, Trade Blotter, Market Data Management & Curves, Product Definition, Limits & Compliance, and P&L
- Solid understanding of Front Office processes, credit and counterparty risk, xVA, and/or collateral
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and respond to complex issues
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong planning and organizational abilities
