The Oracle Cloud organization is looking for a Cloud Specialist Director to Lead a Technical Specialist Customer Success Team, responsible in guide customers through best OCI Cloud Best Practices and Usage, Accelerating the Adoption and Projects, Unblocking customer needs and be responsible for customer executive relationship. The Goal is supporting customer in different situations: Technical Adoption, Innovation, Project Demand Control, Customer Facing, Forecasting with Sales Team, Consumption Acceleration.
Technical skill is just one part of the role, the need is also having customer centric, behavior like owner and always putting the customer at the center. Coordinating Technical Team of high performance, working in partner with other Areas, bringing resources (when need) is fundamental to have success and provide customer best experience.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly and thoroughly, using peers and internal resources as applicable
- Fluency in English is mandatory – Spanish is a differential (written and spoken)
- Experience in a 24x7 operational services or support environment is a differential
