• Manage the early collection campaign via phone or whatsapp
• Carry out internal collection processes using collection platforms.
• Perform quality audits on the external collection agency.
• Develop recovery strategies for specific delinquency ranges in collaboration with the collection agency and Clara.
• Respond to internal tickets related to the department.
• Manage and monitor platforms used for payment tracking and control.
• Act as a direct communication channel between internal departments and customer service.

• At least, 1 year of previous experience in early collection.
• Knowledge and management of portfolio of clients in arrears.
• Management of databases for payment control.
• Knowledge and use of tools such as excel and sql.

• High qualities in database organization.
• Critical Thinking.
• Teamwork.
• Microsoft Office.
• Very organized.
• Knowledge in database engines
