What you will do
Define program scope and structure: Collaborate with business leaders to establish clear objectives and execution roadmaps.
Lead stakeholder engagement: Build and execute stakeholder plans to ensure strong alignment across commercial, operations, and leadership teams.
Drive strategic planning and execution: Manage program lifecycle from planning to delivery using PMO tools and best practices.
Deliver high-impact results: Prioritize initiatives aligned with organizational goals and ensure timely, quality-driven outcomes.
Manage program schedules and budgets: Oversee milestones, critical paths, and financial efficiency through structured planning.
Mitigate risks proactively: Identify, assess, and implement strategies to minimize potential risks and ensure program resilience.
Ensure high-quality standards: Develop quality frameworks and leverage tools to maintain program excellence.
Communicate across a global matrix: Influence and inform diverse stakeholders through clear, strategic communication.
What you need
Required:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in management, business, finance, engineering or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of relevant business experience in operations, corporate functions, sales or marketing.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
Fluency in English.
Preferred:
PMP or PgMP or equivalent preferred.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
Experience in the industry ideally medical devices or pharmaceutical sector.
Experience in change management.
