We are looking for a Customer Experience Designer to bring our offering to life through sharp, effective, and on-brand visual design.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for a self-starter who can work independently, deliver high-quality design under tight timelines, and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams. You’ll work closely with various teams across our business to create visually compelling content that drives customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-converting assets including sales decks, pitch materials, one-pagers, and case studies.
- Ensure all assets meet brand standards and are optimized for clarity, conversion, and consistency.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that communicate design ideas effectively.
Customer-Focused Design
- Collaborate with customer success and onboarding teams to design personalized customer launch kits.
- Align assets with customer branding where required.
- Provide visual QA and sign-off for customer-facing assets.
- Maintain high standards of design quality in all externally delivered materials.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Cross-Team Design Support
- Participate in UX and product brainstorming sessions, offering input from a visual and communication perspective.
- Maintain and update design systems and libraries in Figma.

- Experience in a design role focused on Customer Experience content (SaaS or tech a bonus).
- Additional certification or training in UX design, UI design, or product design is a plus.
- Portfolio showcasing previous UX projects.
- Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) will be second nature to you. You’ll use them fluently at an expert level.
- Applied understanding of design principles, including responsive web design, typography, layout, branding, and image manipulation.
- Excellent attention to detail — pixel-perfect is your default.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and a user-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
