We aim to provide our students with a seamless start to their learning journey, ensuring they are fully prepared and motivated before their course begins. We are looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to help us achieve these goals.

Requirements:
- Enjoy to communicate with people massively.
- Work based on results (each customer has to start their course).
- Fluent English (B2).
- Native Portuguese.
- Experience working with customers.
- Experience working with the next platforms is a plus: Hubspot, Jira, Discord, Callgear, Slack.
- High level of conflict resolution (ability to listen and propose solutions).
- Autonomy and responsibility for each assigned task.
What you will do:
- Follow and respect the stablished SLA for all the communication processes.
- Make sure that all our new customers will be involved in their start process.
- Some of our students may require some additional attention, it means that will be necessary to call and let them know that they are not alone and we are always ready to help them to start this new chapter in their career life.
- Check information about payments and make sure that each customer will have all the needed accesses for the learning process.
- Help in the first week after course start date activating silent students.
